Socializing Resources
● Facebook Hamilton Care Mongering Page/Group
○ A group for sharing and organizing community resources in response to COVID-19. The goal of this group is to organize the local community on the grassroots level to ensure vulnerable community members have access to food, housing, healthcare, and other necessities
● Seniors’ Centre Without Walls
○ The Senior’s Centre Without Walls provides free recreational activities over the phone with a group of other older adults in the community.
○ It gives you the opportunity to socialize and join in on Trivia, Family Feud, Finish the Lyrics, Brain Games, and Fitness Classes
