Seniors Online Fitness Class
● The class is held every Monday morning at 9:30am and Thursdays at 11:00am.
● They have about 15 minutes of aerobic warm up (always standing and seated options). They then do some balance work (5min), seated core (5min), stretching (approx 10min), exercises with a ball if participants have one (approx 10 min), and weights: dumbbells or cans can be used (approx 10 min). The whole class is approximately 50-60 min!
● Participants are encouraged to have a chair and their water for class!
